Ganesh is an Architect, Furniture designer and Academician. He practices design with focus on building craft that can empower and enrich the living standards of local communities sustainability. Alumni of NID in Furniture Design, he has previously worked with Laurie Baker in COSTFORD for cost effective building solutions in Kerala and also contributed in the post-Tsunami affected areas of Pondicherry & Tharangambadi along with INTACH, personally being involved in the restoration of five Tamil houses in the old Danish settlements, with the help of local craftsmen.  His current practice based out of Jaipur explores the relationship of craft and design, and their applicability in sustainable approaches to future development.
