Richard Bara
Associate Professor

Richard Bara holds a Bachelor's degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, post which he secured Masters's in Interior Architecture and Design from the Faculty of Design, CEPT University, Ahmedabad. His area of specialization is History, Theory, and Criticism, and has researched extensively on symbolism in Churches of India.

He started his career as an intern in Design Innovation and Craft Resource Centre (DICRC), Ahmedabad and was involved in a few of the Space Making Craft (SMC) initiatives. Thereafter, he had a five-year stint working with architectural firms designing spaces for residential, institutional, and entertainment sectors. An architect by profession, a trained dancer, an avid traveler, and a DIY enthusiast, Richard believes in experimenting and reinventing.
