Avik Roy Is A Fashion And Apparel Professional With 19 Years Of Cumulative Experience Spanning Across Retail And Academics. Throughout His Work Tenure, He Has Engaged Himself In A Multitude Of Fashion And Design Oriented Projects. Out Of His Total Work Experience, He Spent Almost 14 Years With India’s Leading Textile And Apparel Brand Raymond Limited As Lead – Design, Center Of Excellence, Raymond Ltd., And Is Now A Part Of The Esteemed Pearl Academy Family.

His Calling Lies In The Fields Of Designing, Curating Creative Projects, Developing Content And Communication And Designing Layouts For An Array Of Fashion Based Assignments.

Avik Is The First Indian To Have Represented Raymond And His Country As A Jury At The Globally Acclaimed Federation Of All Asian Master Tailors (FAMT) Held In Daegu, South Korea In 2018.

A Chef By Passion, He Loves Spending His Free Time In The Kitchen Trying Out Lost Recipes By His Grandmother And From His Homeland, Bengal. He Is Also An Avid Fan Of World Cinema, Particularly The Ones By Roman Polanski, Martin Scorsese, And Lukas Moodysson In Addition To Classics By Satyajit Ray, Mrinal Sen, And Tapan Sinha. World Politics Draws His Attention A Lot In Addition To Culinary Photography.
