Elsa has over 8 years of global exposure in the fashion industry, starting her career as a Fashion designer & controller at “Albakonfeks Sh.P.K “ in Albania, she went onto heading the Italian shoes and accessories department. Some of her distinguished accolades include winning the Best Young talent of Albania in a Fashion competition. She's worked as the head of the department for NOI in Krislon Synthetic and taking care of the entire fashion retail chain.
