With an academic experience of 23 years, Saroj holds a masters in textiles and clothing from Delhi University and a post-graduate certificate in higher education from Nottingham Trent University U.K. At Pearl Academy of Fashion, besides her teaching assignments in Textile Studies, embroidery, and creative textiles, she conducts industry workshops in the areas of Fabrics and wet processing. She is actively involved in curriculum design and has extended her services as an external verifier for academic institutes. She has also published papers in various journals and conferences.
