Dr. Preeti has 28 years of academic experience, and she encourages innovative mindsets, diverse approaches, turning failures into opportunities, risk taking & collaborative skills and a thirst for learning in her classroom. She specializes in teaching Fundamentals of Management, Business Environment, Organizational Behaviour, Human resource management, International HRM, Retail strategy and Fundamentals of Marketing.​

Her academic canvas is dotted with diverse learning including a PhD degree, an MPhil degree, a Master’s degree in history, BA, PGDHR & an MBA degree in HR, Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. Her areas of interest in research include Consumer Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

She has won 2nd prize in 12th FICCI HIGHER EDUCATION SUMMIT 2016 Global Conference & Exhibition, Impact of Exchange Programmes with International Students on Campus: A Case Study at Pearl Academy.​
