She has worked in the luxury segment for the major part of her career with one of the top couturiers of India, Varun Bahl. While working with Varun, she has worked for some of the leading celebrities of Bollywood like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Madhuri Dixit, among others. Nupur holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design from Pearl Academy, Delhi.
