In 13 years of academic and industry experience, Shilpa has encouraged students to be adaptive, creative and innovative thinkers who are willing to go an extra mile and keep the expand their skills, curiosity with every new learning. She specializes in teaching Retail Operations, Brand Management, Marketing, Strategic Management.​

Shilpa’s diverse academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing, UG Degree in Fashion Retail Management from and Certification in Strategic Management. In research her areas of interest include Luxury Branding and Consumer Behaviour. She’s won Academic excellence award 2018-2019.
