With 28 years of academic and industry experience, Bhaskar brings excitement and learning to his classroom as he encourages his students to think out-of-the box, take risks, try to solve real-world problems through projects, bring industry conversations alive through a deep knowledge and understanding of the concepts of Fashion Design, Fashion and Lifestyle Business.​

He specializes in teaching sourcing, Compliances - Social/Technical, Lean Concepts, Retail Management, Textiles, Internship Mentoring, Industry Project Mentoring, Major Project Mentoring, E-Com compliance and Vendor Management.

Bhaskar’s academic qualifications include Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Master of Arts – Education, PhD - Education - pursuing with 2019 enrolment, Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education -TLHE, Certificate in Online Hybrid Blended Education among others. His areas of interest in research include Academic Management, E-Learning, Lean Manufacturing, Mentoring and EdTech. He was conferred the Best Researcher Award at Pearl Academy in 2020.
